Sunday's Best.

Out of nowhere, I just suddenly decided that I should learn how to cook one dish every other Sunday.


I'm starting with Orange Chicken in October. Wala lang. A friend posted on Facebook where he can get the best Orange Chicken in the country. Lemon chicken on the average is a staple in most Chinese restaurants but it is hard to find a good place that serves Orange Chicken. And yes, he is not considering Chowking.


And that is what I will consider a challenge to myself.


Aside from keeping me busy, I think going back in the kitchen will amuse me again.
