Looking for: Customer Service Associates with Financial Background

Yes, we're looking for more CSRs. Today, I'm eyeing those with financial background (knowledge in stock market, investments, etc). Whether you've got experience in the BPO industry or none, TeleTech wants you!   • Completed at least 2 years of college without back subjects
  • Financial background either in a BPO or non-BPO setting
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Internet savvy, with basic knowledgeable of MS Office applications.
  • Skills in critical thinking
  • Preferably with knowledge in investments and stocks
  • Will be working at TeleTech Pioneer site
